Syed Mumtaz is a visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in the specialized electronics industry, driving innovation and excellence. Currently leading Rug-Rel Components & Systems Pvt. Ltd., he has spearheaded groundbreaking advancements in Defense and Aerospace electronics, building robust partnerships with major PSUs. His leadership is characterized by a strategic vision, global market expansion, and fostering empowered teams that thrive on collaboration.
Before Rug-Rel, Syed served as CEO at NOLAM, spearheading Indian Operations for the France based Embedded Systems Giant driving growth through innovative solutions and as Vice President at Kaynes Technology, where he expanded market reach and enhanced business strategies.
He spent over a decade at HARTING India, traveling extensively across the globe, creating benchmarks in product applications and driving excellence in Sales and Business development. His efforts at HARTING set new standards, shaping the company's growth trajectory in diverse international markets.
A sustainability advocate and results-driven professional, Syed Mumtaz’s commitment to excellence has consistently delivered revenue growth, enhanced shareholder value and a lasting impact on the global electronics industry. His educational background includes a Engineering in Electronics and Communications, an MBA in Marketing and Masters in Managerial Economics & Islamic Studies.
