After careful pre-sales consultation, we configure hardware and software to exact requirements. Our services include hardware integration for systems, single board computer, PCB and LCD display configuration, and operating system installation and support.
Mechanical Unit Assembly
The mechanical assembly consists of various sub components assembly, which in turn is interconnected to form a main assembly. The sub-system integration is the first process of the main system integration. The sub-systems are interconnected with “components-to-wire-to-components” method. The wiring schematic is designed before the main system integration and all the sub systems are wired to the main system components.
We also offer content testing for digital signage platforms and a full burn-in facility to ensure the stability of all our systems before they are shipped.

Wire Harnessing
We offer excellent expertise in wire harnessing for MILL grade and Industrial units. Wiring schematic is designed in accordance with the customer specification and harnessing is performed to precisely meet the specification.
In the above unit, the MIL grade connectors are assembled and the wiring is done as per the ATR standards. The wires are used to cater to temperature range from -55’C to 125’C.
